Since 20 days (already?) We landed in Alvedro, the boots have not stopped. The African pole pole has been transformed, almost unconsciously, into the western "run", the stress that takes us hurried to all sides, even sometimes meaningless ... Luckily we still have so many things pending.
I guess that when we travel, we usually have those essential visits in our heads that we don't want to miss. In my case that day was going to arrive today with Himeji Castle. Himeji-jo is the best preserved castle in all of Japan since medieval times (next to Matsumoto and Kumamoto) and still stands in very good condition.
It has been a hard end of the year and until today we have not had the opportunity to confirm it but ... we are going on a new year's eve getaway! With Christmas inaugurated in New York, we are going to focus these days on the areas where the Christmas atmosphere breathes more intensely and that happens, no doubt, through the areas closest to the 5th Avenue that we will travel today or the places to see in Upper East Side and West Side, in addition to other neighborhoods such as Flatiron.
